Shipping

• Shipping carrier is DHL Parcel and Deutsche Post.
• We ship worldwide.
• Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within the Netherlands (excluding holidays) is 1-2 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. You can track your package with your tracking number that you will receive by email.
• Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 4-12 business day (sometimes longer). Curlygirlmovement is not responsible for any custom fees imposed by your Country for international shipping and delivery. 
• If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer.
• If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to Curlygirlmovement, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

Return Policy

If you would like to return/exchange a product, you can do that within 14 days.

Products must be returned in a new, unused state. In all cases, the item must be packed in a secure packaging.

NOTICE: To return a product, the returning costs is entirely at own expense.
