Payment methods

At Curlygirlmovement you can choose from the following payment methods.

  • Pay with iDEAL
  • Pay with Creditcard
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Pay with Bancontact

Pay with iDEAL

Upon checking out, select the iDEAL payment method, followed by your bank. You will be forwarded to the online banking environment of the bank and be asked to log in. The amount to be transferred and further payment details are already filled in, you only needs to authorise the payment. When this is done, the bank immediately confirms the payment and you will be returned to the webshop. Participating banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Pay with Creditcard

Currently we support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires. It’s very easy for customers to pay with their credit card. All that’s required of the customer is that they fill in their card details and authorise the payment. 

Pay with Paypal

When using PayPal to pay for a purchase, you need to log in and authorise the payment with just your e-mail address and PayPal password. No further personal and financial details need to be shared with the website, which makes PayPal very safe.

Pay with Bancontact

Our Belgium curlygirls can pay with Bancontact. As soon as you select Bancontact as the payment method, the app opens and you complete the transaction with your pin code. With this payment method your payment will be directly debited from your account.

Refund

I returned some items when will I receive my refund?
You have returned an item and you are waiting for the refund. Processing a return can take up to 14 days. When your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as quickly as possible to the payment details known to us. You can expect the amount back to your bank account or PayPal account within 5 working days.

Refunding a credit-card transaction does take longer.The refund will be credited to your credit card within 14 calendar days. Be aware, the refund won't be credited to your bank account, your credit card will be credited. The refund is visible in your credit-card transaction statement.
